The Black Redstart T-Shirt is a new t-shirt with the flight phases of a Chimney Sweep (Phoenicurus ochruros) photographed by Simone Mazzoccol. The redstart chimney sweep is a small passerine with a characteristic rust red tail and for the rest of the plumage similar to soot, with the habit of frequenting the roofs and cornices of even very urbanized inhabited centers. A very nice little bird between 14 and 16 cm, which does not weigh more than 17 grams, very habitual that always attends the same perches and the same places with its characteristic is the continuous movement of the tail and its always being alert make it very difficult to photograph.

A shot taken at km 0 but not simple from a technical point of view … Once the nest was identified, between the walls of the industrial building of a friend of mine, the goal was to resume its evolution and be able to take some pictures with open wings. In short, a difficult challenge to shoot subjects of such small dimensions in dynamic moments. The use of artificial light, flash, to freeze the moment and remote shooting allowed me to do it comfortably in the office of the structure.
